I teamed up with 50 instructors and subject matter experts at a top online training provider to support 4,000 learners gearing up for new careers in digital arts, media, and design. Together, we created over 500 online and blended learning experiences, earning an average learner satisfaction rating of 94/100.

Using my diverse background in adult education, I helped seven training organizations and continuing education providers expand their online courses to reach new audiences, cover new topics, and adopt new formats. These projects included redesigning online courses and creating video training content.

What initially attracted me to SFU was an interesting marketing role. What kept me there for 10 years was a fantastic team, meaningful work, and the opportunity to develop a robust continuing education program portfolio. In addition to assisting with enrollment and revenue growth, I helped expand online course offerings, launch 10 certificate programs, identify over 90 new course ideas, and improve program portfolio planning. It was a decade well spent.
